About the role

Marshall Dennehey, a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense firm, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 2 to 5+ years of litigation experience to join its growing Workers’ Compensation Department in New Haven, Connecticut. This position offers the chance to litigate complex, high‑exposure workers’ compensation claims across a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Litigate workers’ compensation claims involving repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss.
• Represent clients from industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education.
• Collaborate with experienced shareholders and associates for case development and trial preparation.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of workers’ compensation litigation experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills.
