About the role
Marshall Dennehey is expanding its Workers’ Compensation Department in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The firm seeks an attorney with 1‑5+ years of litigation experience to handle complex workers’ compensation claims across a variety of industries.
Key responsibilities
- Litigate workers’ compensation cases involving repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss.
- Represent clients in construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education, and other sectors.
- Collaborate with senior shareholders and associates for case strategy and development.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
Required profile
- 1‑5+ years of workers’ compensation or related civil litigation experience.
- Strong analytical, legal writing, research, and communication abilities.
- Commitment to professional growth and mentorship.
