Marshall Dennehey is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its Roseland, NJ office. The position offers the chance to litigate a broad range of workers’ compensation claims while receiving mentorship from experienced shareholders and associates.

Key responsibilities

• Litigate complex workers’ compensation claims, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss.
• Represent clients from diverse industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategy, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings.
• Gradually assume full case management responsibilities as skills develop.

Required profile

• 1 to 5+ years of litigation experience in workers’ compensation or related practice.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication abilities.
