About the role

Marshall Dennehey is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its Wilmington, DE office. This full‑time position is ideal for attorneys with 0‑4 years of litigation experience who want to develop a long‑term career handling complex workers’ compensation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss.
• Represent clients across industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail and education.
• Collaborate closely with experienced shareholders and associates, receiving mentorship and feedback.
• Develop case‑management skills and gradually assume independent responsibility for cases from inception through trial.

Required profile

• 0‑4 years of litigation experience, preferably in workers’ compensation or related areas.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research and communication abilities.
