Workday & Greenhouse Integration Developer – Remote

About the role

SGF Global is looking for a seasoned Workday & Greenhouse Integration Developer to design, build, and maintain complex data flows between Workday and Greenhouse. This fully remote, 3–6 month contract role focuses on creating scalable, secure integrations that streamline recruiting and HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop hybrid integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Report‑as‑a‑Service (RaaS).
• Configure custom field mappings and data transformations with XML, JSON, and XSLT.
• Implement automated synchronization for departments, cost centers, locations, and other organizational data.
• Set up integrations via Workday Web Services, Greenhouse HRIS Link, Harvest API, and webhooks.
• Support requisition approvals, job synchronization, and user lifecycle automation.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and resolve API or system issues.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver robust integration solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience building integrations between Workday and Greenhouse.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes, recruiting workflows, and candidate lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
