Workato Developer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Workato Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of integration recipes across our enterprise ecosystem. The role is fully remote and focuses on building high‑performance, cost‑effective automation between Reltio MDM and core systems such as Salesforce, SAP and Snowflake.

Key responsibilities

• Define global strategy for Workato and Reltio Integration Hub architecture, security, and lifecycle orchestration.
• Design and deploy high‑efficiency batch‑oriented recipes to maximize data throughput and reduce task consumption.
• Refactor legacy iterative loops into batch workflows, driving operational cost savings.
• Engineer end‑to‑end event‑driven automation flows using advanced trigger logic, Ruby‑based formulas and multi‑step error handling.
• Build and scale real‑time and scheduled ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring accurate data mapping into the MDM Golden Record.
• Monitor system health, performance and task budgets via centralized dashboards and implement automated recovery for failed jobs.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with the Workato platform and/or Reltio Integration Hub.
• Proven ability to design reusable components and define integration architecture standards.
• Deep understanding of API integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, OAuth).
• Experience optimizing integration performance and controlling platform costs.
