About the role
This temporary work‑study position supports the Community Service department on the Helena campus of Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas. It is designed for students who have been awarded a work‑study award and are seeking on‑site office experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Greet and guide students and visitors.
- Sort, file, and organize documents.
- Make copies and perform other routine clerical tasks.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Eligible for a work‑study award and receiving financial aid.
- Ability to travel to off‑site assignments when required.
- Pass a criminal background check.
