About the role
RIA Channel is seeking a full‑time WordPress Developer to join its team in the United States. The position offers a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with the digital marketing and product groups.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive website layouts and user interfaces using WordPress.
- Create, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
- Write clean, well‑documented back‑end and front‑end code.
- Optimize sites for performance, scalability, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement digital marketing initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong back‑end and front‑end web development experience.
- Proven ability in responsive web design and web design best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Experience with SEO principles is a plus.
Required skills
- WordPress theme and plugin development.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Version control using Git.
