Windows System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Windows System Administrator to lead the deployment of Windows Defender across more than 100 Windows servers. The role involves close collaboration with system owners to ensure security configurations align with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Enable Windows Defender on 100+ Windows servers and configure firewall exceptions.
• Communicate with system owners to gather application inventories and required inbound ports.
• Coordinate timing for firewall activation to minimize impact.
• Assist with LAPs rollout and troubleshoot related issues.
• Perform Active Directory administration, create documentation, and provide technical troubleshooting.
• Work during business hours and, when needed, outside regular hours.

Required profile

• 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of Windows Active Directory administration (Level 2 AD Admin or higher).
• 2+ years of VMware administration (Level 1 vSphere Admin or higher).
• 2+ years of basic network troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and time‑management skills.
