About the role

We are looking for a skilled Window Install Crew to join our construction team, installing a variety of residential and commercial windows. The role demands precise workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to collaborate on busy job sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install windows according to specifications, industry standards, and project blueprints.
• Use power tools and hand tools safely to fit frames, sills, trims, and fixtures.
• Apply caulking and sealants for proper insulation and weatherproofing.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction documents to determine installation requirements.
• Perform construction estimating for window projects, measuring materials and ensuring budget compliance.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience in window installation.
• Licensed and insured crew.
• Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Experience with construction estimating is a plus.
