Window Install Technician – Home Remodeling

About the role

Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, as a Window Install Technician. You will work on home remodeling projects, installing windows and related products while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products, including windows, according to company standards.
• Apply finish work as required for each construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner upon project completion.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
