Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew on residential window and door installation projects.
• Complete installations to company standards, focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Operate a metal brake for aluminum trim and finishing work.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Monitor material usage and minimize waste.
• Train and support junior installers as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in window and door installation.
• Proven ability to lead a crew or take initiative on job sites.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
