About the role

As a Site Manager for a wind farm in Crossing Trails, CO, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring safe and efficient production of clean energy. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safety‑focused environment and promote continuous improvement.
• Build and sustain client relationships to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Coordinate maintenance and support activities to maximize turbine efficiency.
• Manage service contract budgets, costs, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wind farm operations or related operations management.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine maintenance practices.
• Effective problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking, following instructions).
