West Coast Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a West Coast Recruiter to join Zara’s talent acquisition team. In this role you will partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and operational leaders across the West Coast to attract and hire top talent that supports our fast‑moving fashion business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans for assigned functions and regions.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, networking, referrals and talent community engagement.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics and success profiles.
• Provide market intelligence, labor‑trend analysis and competitive insights to advise hiring managers.
• Visit stores, recruitment events and local talent markets to stay informed on workforce trends and regional challenges.
• Maintain accurate applicant data in the ATS and track recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Support employer branding initiatives through events, career fairs and social media campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in retail or fast‑fashion environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to partner with business leaders.
• Excellent understanding of local labor markets and competitive hiring practices on the West Coast.
• Ability to deliver a high‑quality candidate experience with clear communication.
