Welder – Production Team (Alachua, FL)

About the role

We are seeking skilled welders to join our production team in Alachua, Florida, building rotary drilling rigs for global customers. This is a full-time, on-site position with a regular schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks to assemble subassemblies and drilling rigs.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and checklists to ensure top‑quality results.
• Use hand and power tools to support assembly according to BOM and manufacturing systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with assembly, quality, engineering, and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid welding certification and a strong mechanical background.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed.
