Weights and Research Coordinator – Full‑Time

About the role

The Weights and Research Coordinator ensures R+L Carriers captures the correct revenue on every shipment by verifying weight class information at the dock. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review shipments as they pass through the dock and compare the actual class of the shipment with the bill of lading.
• Identify and correct discrepancies to guarantee accurate billing.
• Collaborate with operations and billing teams to resolve weight‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of weight verification activities.

Required profile

• Any LTL (Less‑Than‑Truckload) experience preferred but not required.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage workload independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
