Weekend Registered Nurse – Baylor

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a compassionate Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse to provide in‑home care for adult and geriatric clients across Essex and parts of Middlesex County. The position is full‑time with a weekend schedule of either Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and execute doctors’ orders.
• Make home visits within assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Perform client assessments, case management and coordination.
• Document observations, interventions and evaluations using a tablet‑based EMR system.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Solid computer skills.
