Web Operations Specialist

About the role

Kelly is looking for a Web Operations Specialist to own the day‑to‑day health and continuous improvement of its global web presence. The role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring websites are fast, accurate, accessible, and SEO‑optimized.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee development, maintenance, and content updates of global websites, aligning with brand and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Collaborate with developers and designers to scope, implement, and QA new features and enhancements.
• Conduct regular audits to resolve performance, usability, SEO, and compliance issues.
• Lead technical SEO work, including on‑page optimization, site architecture, crawlability, and performance improvements.
• Monitor website metrics with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools, delivering actionable reports.
• Document web standards and provide training for stakeholders.
• Contribute to the website optimization roadmap, gathering requirements and prioritising initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work quickly while paying attention to detail.
• Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams such as content creators, developers, and regional marketers.

Required skills

• Technical SEO execution and on‑page optimization.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with SEO tools and website performance monitoring.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
