Web Frontend & Backend Developer

About the role

UniPro International Uniforms is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Web Frontend & Backend Developer in Irvington, NJ. You will design, build, and maintain web applications that power our online management system, including custom order forms, client portals, and budgeting and invoicing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Implement responsive user interfaces using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop secure, efficient server‑side functionality and integrate databases and external APIs.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and support feature deployments and upgrades.

Required profile

• Strong front‑end development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid back‑end development skills, including server‑side programming, database integration, and API development.
• Proficiency in at least one major web language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PHP, Perl).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
