Web Developer – PHP & Front‑End Focus

About the role

We are a digital marketing agency looking for a Web Developer who pays strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast‑moving environment. You will join a small, collaborative team to create responsive digital experiences for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build, customize and support responsive websites across desktop, tablet and mobile platforms.
• Configure server environments, DNS, SSL, Plesk, and manage hosting permissions.
• Develop and maintain code in PHP/MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3, including debugging and troubleshooting.
• Integrate CMS add‑ons, APIs, payment gateways and XML extensions.
• Perform quality control, versioning, staging, performance tuning, security and PCI compliance.
• Administer databases, handle data imports/exports, synchronization and backups.

Required skills

• HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (including jQuery).
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, LESS) and frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation).
• Responsive web development and device detection, cookies, sessions, CRON jobs.
• Ability to write clean, cross‑browser compatible code.
• Understanding of design‑development interplay and CMS customization.
