Web Content Analyst

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking a Web Content Analyst to format, publish, and maintain content across its internal and external websites. You will translate stakeholder requirements into high‑quality webpages while ensuring compliance with UX, GEO, and SEO best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Build, update, and publish webpages using Sitecore and WordPress CMS platforms.
• Write clean, semantic HTML5 and CSS3; troubleshoot layout and styling issues across browsers and devices.
• Debug and resolve front‑end issues quickly, using browser developer tools.
• Act as liaison between developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and address bugs.
• Apply web content, UX, GEO, and SEO best practices, including meta‑tag and keyword optimization.
• Test and validate pages before publishing to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Manage embargoed and critical scheduled publishes and oversee proper CMS workflow for compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in digital strategy, technology, marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with front‑end web development and content management.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with Sitecore; WordPress experience is a plus.
• Strong debugging skills and familiarity with browser developer tools.
