Water & Infrastructure Coordinator

About the role

The Water & Infrastructure Coordinator reports to the Manager of Programs and leads the coordination, implementation, monitoring, and follow‑up of water, infrastructure, and community development projects across multiple countries. This role ensures that water wells, hand pumps, mosques, children’s homes, schools and other facilities are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assess, budget, and oversee the implementation of water and community infrastructure projects in the assigned region.
• Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and ensure compliance with donor and organizational policies.
• Serve as the primary liaison with contractors, partners, government authorities, and field teams.
• Manage project logistics, beneficiary accountability, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain financial transparency and responsible stewardship of donor funds.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing water or infrastructure projects in international or multi‑country settings.
• Strong ability to coordinate with diverse partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Commitment to program quality, transparency, and compliance.
