Warehouse Worker - Inventory Control

About the role

As an integral member of the Operations team, you will ensure inventory accuracy, material traceability, and efficient warehouse operations that support manufacturing and customer delivery commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, recounts, physical inventory verifications, and location audits with high accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions through system reviews and material tracking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including transactions, adjustments, transfers, and status updates in inventory management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and overhead cranes.
• Identify and segregate damaged or nonconforming materials according to procedures.
• Participate in daily status meetings and communicate inventory, quality, safety, and operational concerns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, 5S activities, and inventory process enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company policies while fostering a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Experience performing cycle counts, inventory transactions, and material handling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, handheld scanners, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Basic math skills and strong written and verbal communication.
