About the role

Konica Minolta is seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker I to join its logistics team. The role focuses on safe and efficient handling of inventory, supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload inventory using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Accurately complete paperwork including pick tickets, pick slips, and count sheets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
• Pull equipment from trucks or stock locations, lifting items up to approximately 53 lbs.
• Operate or learn to operate all job‑related equipment safely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Familiarity with common warehouse practices and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to follow established guidelines.
• Commitment to safety policies and regulations.
