Warehouse Worker – Buena Park

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Worker to join BASF’s Coatings division in Buena Park, CA. The role involves safe and efficient handling of materials, supporting production and shipping operations for automotive and industrial coatings.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment to move pallets and containers.
• Load and unload trailers, verify bills of lading, and store items in designated racks.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain inventory records using the loading‑dock computer system.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and light maintenance.
• Follow BASF safety, sampling and loading procedures.
• Interact with vendors to ensure compliance with safety policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and chemical handling.
• Ability to safely lift 50‑lb containers and work overtime as needed.
• Current forklift certification or ability to obtain/maintain it.

Required skills
