About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Warehouse Shift Lead to join its Cleaning/Janitorial team. This full‑time, permanent position works in a dynamic warehouse environment, ensuring safety and cleanliness across multiple areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team in complex, task‑oriented cleaning operations within a distribution center.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams, handling escalations promptly and accurately.
• Clean rooms, hallways, bathrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairs, break rooms and other work areas as needed.
• Follow the cleaning supervisor’s task flowchart and manage shift schedules to meet daily operational goals.
• Offer feedback on ongoing activities and implement timely escalation reporting to KBS management.

Required profile

• Preferred experience in cleaning operations and distribution‑center environments.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to adhere to OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Positive, customer‑service‑oriented attitude capable of motivating team members.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting safety rules, operation manuals, and chemical‑handling documents (English and Spanish).
• Successful completion of background verification.
