Warehouse Shift Lead

About the role

The Warehouse Shift Lead will supervise a cleaning team in a fast‑paced distribution environment, ensuring safe and efficient operations during night and weekend shifts. This full‑time, permanent position reports to the Operations Center and supports both maintenance and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a crew of cleaners, coordinating daily schedules for Wednesday through Saturday night shifts (5 pm – 4 am).
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms, hallways, bathrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, break rooms and other work areas.
• Respond promptly to escalations from the Operations Center and field teams, providing accurate updates.
• Follow the supervisor’s task flow diagram and ensure all safety and OSHA guidelines are met.
• Document daily activities, give feedback, and prepare escalation reports for management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role, preferably in cleaning or distribution‑center settings.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals and chemical‑handling documents (English or Spanish).
• Positive, customer‑service oriented attitude and reliable attendance for night and weekend shifts.
• Successful completion of background check and drug test.
