Warehouse Selector

About the role

The Warehouse Selector picks, gathers, and organizes products to prepare orders for delivery to local grocery stores. This full‑time position offers an active work environment with above‑average earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items using order sheets or an audio headset and stack them on pallets for loading.
• Operate an electric pallet jack to move cases from storage racks and apply selection labels.
• Ensure order accuracy, follow safety standards, and report any discrepancies.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete required forms.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the United States (including humanitarian parole, refugee status, or TPS).
• Physically able to stand, lift, bend, and walk up to 12 miles per shift.
• Bilingual in English or Spanish is preferred.

Required skills

• Ability to operate electric pallet jacks safely.
• Basic proficiency with audio headset order systems.
