Warehouse Production Planner (2nd Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive 2nd Shift Warehouse Production Planner to manage the flow of customer orders through our West Memphis facility. You will coordinate with inbound, picking, packing and outbound teams to ensure materials are staged and shipped on schedule, using our Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow in the Blue Yonder WMS, releasing pick lists according to shipment schedules.
• Analyze forecasts and operational data to design efficient work plans across all warehouse departments.
• Communicate material requirements and staging needs to inbound, picking, packing and outbound teams.
• Maintain daily performance reports, highlight deviations and discuss improvements with supervisors.
• Apply problem‑solving tools to address process gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently on a night shift.
• Proven experience in warehouse or production planning environments.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and on‑time delivery.

Required skills

• Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency.
