Warehouse Picker – Distribution Center

About the role

Enovis is seeking a reliable Warehouse Picker to join its Distribution Center team in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. You will be responsible for selecting, scanning, and staging items to fulfill customer orders, helping the company deliver high‑quality medical‑technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, scan, and stage customer orders from multiple locations within the warehouse.
• Verify order accuracy and maintain quality standards throughout the fulfillment process.
• Follow standard work procedures, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle merchandise manually, including moving items and processing returns.
• Complete routine operational tasks under close to moderate supervision and escalate issues when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to walk up to 8 hours per day and frequently lift up to 60 lb.
• Full range of motion in waist, neck, and upper extremities; ability to bend, twist, kneel, and reach overhead.
• Capability to work in a non‑temperature‑controlled setting.
• U.S. work authorization now and in the future (no visa sponsorship provided).
