Warehouse Operator – Mid Morning Shift (10:30 AM‑7:00 PM)

About the role

Join the Pella Northland warehouse team as a Warehouse Operator on the mid‑morning shift. You will help ensure that windows and doors are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time, supporting a customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Read load lists, production schedules, and shipping instructions to determine item movement.
• Load and unload trucks, verify paperwork, and place materials on racks, shelves, pallets, or bins according to defined sequences.
• Operate RF scanners and material‑handling equipment such as cherry pickers, forklifts, and wheeled carts.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while preventing product damage.

Required profile

• Availability to work 10:30 am – 7:00 pm, Monday‑Friday.
• Dependable work history and ability to lift or move up to 100 lb repeatedly.
• Customer‑focused attitude with positive energy and teamwork mentality.
• Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (experience highly preferred).
• Cherry picker operation.
• RF scanner usage.
• Operation of other material‑handling equipment (e.g., wheeled carts).
