Warehouse Operator

About the role

The Warehouse Operator works at a Coca‑Cola manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth movement of products in and out of the distribution centre. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods while following safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage and verify against invoices.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders according to written or verbal instructions.
• Operate a forklift to move freight, load and unload vehicles, and manage storage areas for packaging materials, ingredients and finished product.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
• Assist with quality assurance sampling of excess or rejected ingredients.
• Follow security procedures for all material handling and documentation.
• Support cycle‑counting and other inventory‑control activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Valid forklift operator license (or ability to obtain certification within 60 working days).
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Flexibility to work 8‑hour, 12‑hour or overtime shifts as needed.
• Capability to lift and move items up to 50 lb and reach 10 ft.
