Warehouse Operator I – 3rd Shift (Fort Worth)

About the role

Alcon is seeking an Operator I to support its warehouse and distribution operations on the third shift. The role is based at the North Manufacturing site in Fort Worth, Texas and focuses on handling material flow, inventory and shipments while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual and operational tasks in the warehouse and distribution center to maintain smooth processes.
• Optimize storage space and material flow, adhering to safety and efficiency standards.
• Manage inventory records and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Operate equipment such as electric stand‑up forklifts, following certification requirements.
• Follow GxP regulations, SOPs and documentation procedures with minimal decision‑making authority.
• Complete required training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Availability to work the third shift (Monday‑Friday, 10:30 pm – 7:00 am).
• On‑site work location in Fort Worth, TX.

Required skills

• Electric stand‑up forklift operation (certification preferred).
• Basic experience with SAP.
