Warehouse Operator – Flight Hour Services (3rd Shift)

About the role

Join the Flight Hour Services team in Miami as a Warehouse Operator on the 3rd shift. This contract position supports a 24‑hour warehouse that stores and ships aircraft parts, including hazardous materials, for Airbus and its partners.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store both hazmat and non‑hazmat parts using warehouse management systems.
• Pick and process orders, prioritising according to performance targets.
• Pack shipments safely, following ATA 300 and IATA regulations.
• Prepare accurate shipping documentation for all orders.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and report any discrepancies.
• Cross‑train on multiple workstations and assist where needed on short notice.
• Adhere to safety, OSHA, and hazardous‑materials procedures.
• Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the aviation sector.
• Experience with SAP or a comparable material‑management system (at least 1 year).
• Ability to work the 3rd‑shift schedule (21:30 – 06:00).

Required skills

• SAP (or equivalent ERP) proficiency.
