Warehouse Operator – Flight Hour Services (3rd Shift) (Contract)

About the role

This contract position supports Airbus' Flight Hour Services warehouse in Miami. You will work the 3rd shift (21:30‑06:00) in a 24‑hour operation, handling aircraft parts and ensuring timely, safe shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store hazmat and non‑hazmat parts using warehouse management systems.
• Pick and process orders according to priority and performance targets.
• Pack orders for safe shipment following ATA300, IATA regulations and shipping instructions.
• Prepare shipping documentation for both hazmat and non‑hazmat shipments.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and report any discrepancies.
• Cross‑train on various workstations and assist where needed on short notice.
• Adhere to safety, OSHA, and hazardous material procedures.
• Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent material/operations management software.
