Warehouse Logistics Manager (3PL Operations)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Warehouse Logistics Manager to lead the daily operations of our third‑party logistics (3PL) warehouse network. The role is hands‑on, overseeing inbound and outbound flows, space planning, order fulfillment and customer service across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory flows to optimize availability across multiple sites.
• Lead shipping execution according to retailer routing guides, compliance and standards.
• Negotiate FTL, LTL and small‑parcel rates with carriers to achieve cost‑effective, on‑time delivery.
• Manage space and capacity planning to maximize warehouse productivity.
• Supervise order fulfillment to guarantee shipments are complete and on schedule.
• Guide inventory control processes, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Develop creative logistics solutions to improve on‑time delivery and customer service.
• Create and maintain SOPs for all warehouse activities.
• Monitor warehouse standards to ensure a clean, productive environment.
• Collaborate with account managers, production and inventory planning for seamless logistics.
• Implement performance metrics and drive chargeback recovery.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize storage and retrieval.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience managing 3PL warehouse operations and execution teams.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
• OSHA Safety Certification is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office 365.
• High‑level Excel functionality for data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems for inventory and order management.
