Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

About the role

JORI Logistics is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations and North American transportation activities. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing freight bookings, and delivering excellent customer service throughout order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments, verifying quantities and condition.
• Organize inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Prepare outbound shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and documentation.
• Arrange and coordinate LTL, FTL, and courier shipments across North America, obtain quotations, and schedule pickups/deliveries.
• Monitor shipment progress, provide updates on status, delays, or exceptions.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory, and shipment tracking.
• Maintain records in warehouse and transportation management systems and support freight billing validation.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, customer service, accounting, and procurement teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or supply‑chain operations.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and freight coordination.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
