Warehouse & Dock Management Analyst

About the role

Infosys Consulting is looking for a Warehouse & Dock Management Analyst to join its Manufacturing consulting practice in Battle Creek, Michigan. The role is positioned as a Senior Consultant and involves partnering with client business and technology leaders to shape and execute transformation strategies across manufacturing and supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on modernising manufacturing facilities, improving throughput, quality, cost efficiency and sustainability.
• Conduct interviews, workshops and walkthroughs with subject‑matter experts to capture and document business requirements.
• Analyse and map key manufacturing and supply‑chain processes such as engineering, production, quality control, procurement, planning and distribution.
• Develop business cases, data maps and design recommendations to support transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional client teams and Infosys delivery streams to ensure integrated solutions.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to junior consultants on the engagement team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in automotive, aerospace, defence or industrial products.
• Strong understanding of discrete and continuous manufacturing, distribution and supply‑chain processes.
• Proven ability to work with senior client stakeholders and drive change initiatives.
