Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Siemens is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage all shipping and receiving activities at our St. Rose, LA branch. You will act as the primary liaison between the warehouse and branch personnel, ensuring timely delivery of products to job sites while maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound deliveries, move parts and materials into inventory or job stock.
• Pick parts and materials for outbound deliveries and create shipping documents using carrier software.
• Process all transactions in SAP according to standard procedures.
• Support service van parts replenishment and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Execute goods return procedures and participate in periodic inventory counts.
• Communicate with internal teams to coordinate deliveries that meet project and service demand.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, enforce safety standards, and follow Siemens policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of experience in a warehouse, material handling, or logistics function.
• Ability to work independently with remote supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using SAP Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and safe movement of parts.
