Warehouse Clerk – 1st Shift

About the role

Join Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis as a Warehouse Clerk on the 1st shift. You will support safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations, handling inbound and outbound logistics for professional‑grade power tools.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, planners, suppliers and internal teams.
• Verify receiving and shipping documentation, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor dispatch activity, maintain driver logs and track delivery status in real time.
• Process customer and carrier returns, debit/credit memos and damaged‑goods documentation.
• Handle, separate, palletize, label and document dangerous goods and lithium‑ion battery shipments in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with quality alerts, workplace instructions and supplier/customer quality investigations.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational metrics and reports.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong focus on safety, quality and productivity.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with carriers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to work the first shift in a fast‑moving warehouse environment.
