Warehouse Associate

About the role

Join the warehouse team of Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, and help support home‑improvement projects across the region. You will manage receiving, storage, and distribution activities while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by following established policies and procedures.
• Control inventory levels through regular physical counts.
• Plan and implement warehouse layout changes, inspect equipment, and issue work orders for repairs.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to place products and materials correctly.
• Load and log materials onto trucks, noting any returned items.
• Prepare jobs and materials for crew use and clean trucks inside and out.
• Deliver materials and transport employees to job sites as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lb regularly.
• Knowledge of safe warehouse practices.
• Willingness to deliver products between offices daily.
• Forklift experience required.
• Familiarity with home‑remodeling products or construction materials is a plus.
