Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for loading and unloading delivery trucks, moving and storing products, and supporting the Production Department as needed. This role ensures accurate receipt of incoming goods and efficient preparation of outbound shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming products, verify quantities and accuracy.
• Load trucks to maximize delivery accuracy and complete load verifications using a handheld scanner.
• Assist the Production Department with material handling tasks.
• Maintain organized storage areas and follow safety procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory control.
• Willingness to obtain certification for operating warehouse equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products and pass a pre‑employment background check.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally, and work in refrigerated environments.
