Warehouse Associate

About the role

DH Pace Company is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join its Ben Wheeler, TX facility. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment while handling inbound and outbound shipments, stocking inventory, and operating various warehouse equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and off‑load materials, verify counts against purchase orders, and inspect shipments for damage.
• Store stock correctly and stage materials for installation, shipment, or customer pick‑up.
• Use company software and paperwork to keep accurate inventory records.
• Operate hand tools, mechanical and motorized equipment such as box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, forklifts, drills, and saws.
• Perform light fabricating tasks and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Team‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift 75 lb above the head and climb ladders with loads.
• At least one year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
