Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate (Corrugated Cardboard Recycler) will join KBS’s facilities team to support customer‑focused collection and removal of corrugated cardboard gondolas across multiple sites. This is a permanent, full‑time position with rotating day, night and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full cardboard gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and load full gondolas onto compactors or balers in designated warehouse areas (training provided).
• Keep work zones clear of debris, dust and trash; sweep, mop and maintain “green mile” walkways.
• Maintain order in baler/compactor areas and perform additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, push, pull and move items up to 75 lb (manual pallet jack) and up to 50 lb by hand.
• Frequent bending, stretching, reaching above head and walking throughout the facility.
• Capacity to stand and walk for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and follow safety, operation and maintenance documentation.
