Warehouse Associate

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join its full‑time permanent team. The role focuses on handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe warehouse environments while supporting customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to collect full gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and place full cardboard gondolas onto packers or compactors in designated areas (training provided).
• Keep all gondola areas free of debris, trash, and dust; sweep and mop around trash containers.
• Maintain clear traffic walkways (“Green Mile”) at all times for safety.
• Organize and tidy drill/packer/compactor zones to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move gondolas up to 75 lb using a manual pallet jack.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above head and below waist.
• Comfort standing and walking for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret safety, operation, and maintenance documents.
