Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Warehouse Associates (Corrugated Cardboard Recyclers) to join our team on a permanent full‑time basis. The role focuses on meeting customer needs by handling the collection and removal of corrugated cardboard gondolas across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned areas.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas into balers or compactors in designated warehouse zones (training provided).
• Keep areas around all gondolas free of debris and trash.
• Sweep, mop, and remove dust around trash container zones to maintain clean transit pathways.
• Maintain clear “Green Mile” walkways at all times for safety.
• Organize and sort baler/compactor areas to ensure orderliness.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack to lift and move gondolas up to 75 + lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Consistent ability to push/pull loaded pallet jacks with trash or cardboard.
• Frequent walking throughout the facility during the shift.
• Capacity to stand and walk for up to 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Ability to read and interpret standard documents and safety guidelines.
