Warehouse Associate

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our full‑time team. You will be responsible for handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe work areas, and supporting our facilities operations across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas onto packers or compactors in designated warehouse areas (training provided).
• Keep the surroundings of all gondolas free of debris, trash, and dust.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness around trash container zones to ensure clear transit pathways.
• Maintain safe “Green Mile” walkways by removing obstacles at all times.
• Organise and tidy drill/packer/compactor areas to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and move gondolas weighing up to 75 lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Comfortable walking throughout the facility and standing for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret safety, operation, and maintenance documents.
