Warehouse Associate

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join a permanent, full‑time team. The role focuses on handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe warehouse environments while supporting customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas (large boxes or trash containers) and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas onto packers or compactors in designated areas, with training provided.
• Keep areas around gondolas free of debris, trash, and dust; sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of traffic pathways.
• Maintain order in drill/packer/compactor zones and perform additional cleaning tasks as required.
• Work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, following the schedule 6:00 PM – 4:20 AM.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and lift/move loads up to 75 lb.
• Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb, and to bend, stretch, and reach regularly.
• Endurance to stand and walk for up to 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret basic workplace documents.
