Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate supports RealTruck’s shipping, receiving, and material handling operations. You will ensure products move efficiently through the warehouse by preparing, picking, packing, and staging inventory for shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare products for movement: sort, scan, repackage, palletize, label, and wrap.
• Assemble component parts into kits, label them, and enter kit data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pick and pack bulk and drop‑ship orders, stage inventory, and load trailers.
• Unload trailers, verify received items against purchase orders and pack slips in WMS.
• Receive returned products, verify warranty status, update WMS, and prepare items for disposal or restocking.
• Train new employees, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma preferred.
• 6‑12 months of related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions and solve routine problems.
• Capability to read safety rules, work instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math and report‑writing skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a pallet jack.
• Use of a tape gun.
• Basic computer skills for data entry in WMS.
