Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Warehouse Associates to join our team on a permanent full‑time basis. The role focuses on handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Use a manual pallet jack to collect full gondolas (large boxes or containers) and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas onto balers or compactors in designated areas (training provided).
• Keep the areas around all gondolas free of debris and trash.
• Sweep, mop and remove dust around trash container zones to maintain clear transit pathways.
• Maintain clean and organized drill/baler/compactor zones.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and move gondolas weighing up to 75 lb.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling and transporting items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Comfortable walking throughout the facility and standing for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Ability to read and interpret basic workplace documents.

Required skills

• Manual pallet jack operation.
